Kevin Hoffman, Psy.D.
Dr. Hoffman’s therapeutic approach is both holistic and eclectic, incorporating empirically supported cognitive-behavioral modalities tailored to the needs of each client. He specializes in working with those drawn to personal development and self-improvement who are prepared and willing to make necessary changes to improve their quality of life. He works with motivated adults seeking to achieve new levels of personal wellness.

Oona Shotwell, PsyD
Dr. Shotwell employs a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as psychodynamic, attachment-based, relational, humanistic, cognitive behavioral (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness. Self-care is a topic of great interest to her, and she welcomes clients who are interested in learning more about balancing care of self with regard for others.
She welcomes clients who are ready to examine the causes of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and who are willing to receive constructive feedback and engage in dialogue about how they can make positive changes in their lives.
